The Global Network for Refugee Assistance consists of the creation of an international database on maintaining a stock control devices Online Cmax in each country, taking also the registration of all people living in shelters.

At the time of a disaster the system rapidly moves from the nearest place to minimize the response time. The optimization in logistics is achieved by concentrating everything necessary for survival in the initial response within the shelter, reduce support costs and especially minimizes the response time to a family unprotected.

The Global Network will achive a worldwide standard care to dignify and improve the quality of life of survivors, protecting health, preventing the spread of disease and avoiding large government health care costs due to poor housing conditions and current health.

With this project Fundación ar aims to contribute strongly to the Millennium Development Goals to reduce child mortality, improve maternal health, combat disease and promote brotherhood among nations and ongoing dialogue for sustainable development.
